Come to celebrate Father's Day at the Bistro with a special brunch specially prepared for the occasion!

1st course

• Caesar salad, home made dressing

2nd course

(choice of one)

• Eggs benedict with Canadian bacon. Hollandaise sauce
• Quiche Lorraine with slices fruits and berries
• French Brioche toast slices fruits and berries

Main course

(choice of one)

• Rib eye with mashed potatoes and burgundy sauce
• Bourbon, BBQ ribs , spicy coleslaw , gratin potatoes
• Steel head trout , mushrooms risotto, garlic sauce
• Crepe Complete (sunny side eggs, black forest ham and gruyere cheese)

Dessert

 (choice of one)

• Chocolate mousse
• Baba au rum, pastry cream

$31.00 per person (plus taxes and gratuities)
